We had bountiful and great breakfasts with beautiful views across Sicily. The hotel was in a remote setting on the hill overlooking the vineyards. And it was also right by the very beautiful, slopes of Mt Etna, and the mountains.
The staff - some of them were disappointing.

Everything was good, lively staff, amazing views out to the sea and walls made of Volcanic rock. The hotel had a remote setting on a 40-acre farm. It was also very close to manicured gardens, the vineyards towards Etna and the coast, and the original main monastery where the grape press is housed as monks made wine there. Outstanding and fabulous bread, eggs, and fresh fruit, greatly enjoyed this place.

The employees were incredibly welcoming and outstandingly accommodating. The booked room was double superior and nice styled with fireplace. The breakfast was bountiful and great as expected with fresh honey and honey from the farm and views of volcano.
