The staff members were exceptionally nice and suggested local places. The location right in the heart of the old town was marvellous and fantastic. Moreover, it's short walk to the main attractions, bar and restaurants and the main pedestrian streets in the old town centre.

The stuff where all great and provided good service. The location was brilliant, just a short stroll away from Massimo Theater. It was located in a lovely area not far from Sicily and Italy in general and the historical area of Palermo.

Everything was perfectly fine, had a FAIRLY NICE stay for a night. I had the luxury quadruple room which was new-fashioned and panoramic. A bidet, a walk-in shower, and bath robes were very handy. The location was perfect yet it was an easy walk to downtown area, just 5 minutes by foot.
