Liked this amazing hotel, easy to find. The staff were supper friendly and outstandingly accommodating in case of questions. Our double room came with with the bedroom, a balcony, as example. The setting was magnificent, just next door to Quattro Canti and the street performers, restaurants and all the attractions. We stayed for 4 nights here, loved Monte di Pieta district. The check in was easy and the atmosphere was quiet throughout the venue.

Everything was amazing at this hotel, customer-oriented and responsive staff. It was functional, brand-new and with the balcony view directly to quatro canti. The venue was in a super central location short walk to Quattro Canti and the street performers, major attractions, and the restaurants. Found time to see a sunday food market, that's just a short stroll away from the property.

The location was absolutely perfect and magnificent, near all the attractions great location with easy access to a market and shops. The room was recently renovated and well-appointed with extremely comfy beds as requested. The views of the cathedral were great.

The staff were outstandingly accommodating, the breakfast was satisfactory and everything was good. My double room had a safe box, a mini-bar, and central heating. It had a great interior and I also enjoyed street views from the window.

Stayed for 1 night in this amazing place, appreciated that. Views of the cathedral were amazing, the room was recently renovated and functional. Its location was amazing, just off the city centre, the pedestrian area of Palermo, and major attractions. Monte di Pieta district was worth exploring.
