The staff was welcoming, they provided a great service. The bar served a wide array of meals for breakfast. The location was cool and super, just a short walk away from Ponente Beach. The hotel was next to a harbour and a hill and overlooked sea. And it was walk from a ferry port.

Can't recommend highly enough this bright and quiet hotel in a marvellous location prepared to purchase food from the local mini marts or cafes. Welcoming staff, excellent views on the sea and volcano, everything is really good. The units are new-fashioned, recently renovated.

It was a bright hotel, no complains at all, can't recommend highly enough. Everything was very good, with welcoming and amicable staff, met required needs. The rooms were recently renovated and included central heating, a multi-channel TV and a study table etc.

We liked staying 1 night here. Had amazing stay in this straightforward hotel, the staff were excellent, location was excellent very close to harbor. Our twin/double room with a beautiful view, balcony plus big bathroom was recently refurbished. The service was terrific, totally satisfied. Location: the property was next to the pozza dei fanghi aquacalde beach and the port, shops, restaurants...
