It was a really comfortable experience. Thoroughly enjoyed my 4 nights stay. The service was terrific, I was offered a freshly cooked breakfast with views of Etna and baked goods and juice. The staff were helpful and provided help. The hotel was set in a central area short walk to restaurants, bars, shopping and the Teatro Greco as well as the historic area. Besides, just a few minutes from Pyramids Centre.

Lovely place with a perfect view. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the apartment, plus a balcony and a TV. The bathroom was nice and the staff was very very nice and pleasant. Overall great and stunning location right by the main tourist area, and the amphitheater.

You guys made my stay absolutely amazing! The staff was very amiable, accommodating all the time. The breakfast offered was fresh made and savoury with baked goods and views of Etna, for instance, couldn't have asked for more. This hotel had a central position right in the centre of the old town.
Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.

Lovely hotel, all of the staff were accommodating and superbly friendly, amazing location to the Antic theater. I was given bright and quiet room with the terrace and breathtaking view. The breakfast was savoury and tasty for what was on offer, with views of Etna and yogurt.
