Charming place with private parking, so don't hesitate to come here by car. Efficient and helpful staff as one would expect. Living in the middle of the town gives a special feeling. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Ortigia district.

All in all, it was brilliant place for travelling to Syracuse. The staff that we encountered were kind. The location was unbeatable, not too far from a Catholic church. Nice restaurant served local specialities.

There was no water which we expected. Communication was challenging, wifi didn't work.
