Charming place with private parking, so don't hesitate to come here by car. Efficient and helpful staff as one would expect. Living in the middle of the town gives a special feeling. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Ortigia district.

I'd give it more than 3 stars, everything was good. It was short walk to other good restaurants and basic services like laundry and Diana Fountain in Historical Ortigia, marvellous location overall.

The hotel was in a very central setting in the historic center. What's more, it was not far from Ortigia in one of the paid parking lots, sightseeing and historic centre and the Archimedes square.

We only stayed here for 1 night, as we didn't have time, yet everything was perfect. Its location within walking distance of an ancient Catholic church was particularly good! There was good food, the staff was attentive and excellent.

I didn't want to leave and would definitely go back. Everything there was perfect and the staff were attentive and excellent. Its location was very central, a short way from an ancient Catholic church. The hotel was in a very pleasant area, not far from all the historic sights as well as the main square in Ortigia.

All in all, it was brilliant place for travelling to Syracuse. The staff that we encountered were kind. The location was unbeatable, not too far from a Catholic church. Nice restaurant served local specialities.

There was no water which we expected. Communication was challenging, wifi didn't work.
