Everything was very good, great service, magnificent location really close to port, the beach, the port and the old town, and the historical center. Superior king room with excellent shower, a spacious bathroom, as for instance was ready when we arrived.

Possibly the best and just perfect stay for a weekend break or business trip. Comfortable and best possible location - next to the cable car to Erice as well as trapani centre. Also, in the historic center of Trapani. Breakfast with pastries and hot bacon and fruits.

The twin room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was brand-new with a view of the railway yard. The location was reasonable on the outskirts of town and the staff here was attentive and excellent.

It is a contemporary building, the rooms are beautifully maintained with a view of the railway yard. As for me, the location is unbeatable, close to the port from where we caught the ferry to the Aegadian Islands for the day...

The venue was fairly clean and reasonably large. The location was particularly good and a coach station was next door to the hotel. It was a lovely area, a perfect place for me. The service was helpful. Furthermore, free Wi-Fi was provided throughout the property.

The rooms they have were functional and fashionable with a very leaky shower and a modern minimal decor. A wide array of food for breakfast, which was freshly made to satisfy everyone. Very central location short walk to the centre of Trapani, the main sights of Trapani and railway station and port, it was in a decent area. The service was terrific, no complains at all.

it was a reasonable base for one night. good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like gelateria parrinello that was only 5 minutes' walk away. the hotel was located close to touristic places such as palazzo della giudecca. we enjoyed our stay in crystal.
