The staff was genuinely helpful at all times. The breakfast was delicious and sensational with croissants and sweet fresh Sicilian fruits and very good coffee, we thoroughly enjoyed everything.

Everything was wonderful, lovely stuff, particularly good views to the mountains in the distance. Delightful deluxe double room was gorgeous. The breakfast was particularly nice and excellant and served in the lounge area with a great selection of food. It had very central location close to Piazza San Domenico. And the area was comfortable, really close to all the must- see sights in Palermo, the train station and great restaurants and a couple of very popular bars.

I loved the hotel - reasonable location and positive stuff. The room was well-appointed and had terrace, complimentary wireless internet and hairdryer. Everything was very convenient as expected, nonetheless the bathroom was very dirty. There was a great restaurant, a market and a shopping area next door.
